Reading the World

I have been reading quite a variety of weblogs recently. I like exploring ideas and reading other peoples viewpoints. One way to learn more is by reading weblogs from different countries. I browsed the Blogger profiles of people from all over the world and found some interesting blogs. Some of these will end up on my Links 'page'.

Maktaaq - Her 'Spawn of Cuttlefish' entry is funny as well as interesting. The comments are also informative and just as weird as the entry.

Matsumo - Matsumo talks about Japan and by doing so he is improving his English writing skills. There is a lot of interesting information in his blog.

Oklahomo! The Weblog - I was rooting around various Blogger profiles when I discovered this site. Check out Ryan's essay: The Redefinition of Rights and Society in America.

supermum : Saga Lout.. - I was looking at blogs from the UK when I found Christine's site. I poked around a bit and found a beautiful poem ( Love You Forever by Robert Munsch) that made me think of my parents. I also found a link to a Harry Potter story called: Naked Quidditch Match.

I have played around with Blogger's Next Blog feature a bit. Clicking on this link takes you to a random Blogger weblog that can be in any language. I haven't found any blogs that interest me yet.

I meant to thank you when you first wrote this - I've been losing track of time. I am enjoying reading your posts too.
