Argh!

Minor problems create major headaches when I mix trust in technology with perfectionism.

One of my rolls of film has a glitch in all photos that is probably due to film. It is unnoticeable in about half of the pictures.

The other three rolls of film are good except for a minor glitch I should have caught before I posted photos to the web.

Of course, now I want to fix and repost the pics. Bandwidth? Time? Effort? Blog posts? Trash it all and restart or just live with it? Never mind that I should have been working on my proposal instead.

Moral of this story - no, not the one that I should heed, but the one I want to work towards - get a digital camera and take more control over pictures. (Puttering with 20 pics on the day they are taken is easier than dealing with 100 pics two weeks later. Muck ups can be found and fixed before they overwhelm everything. Mistakes would mean time and effort rather than time, effort and money.)

Thanks Joel.

- I will leave things as is for now. I have started getting the best of my pics organized for burning to cd and possible website. I will rework the original photos when I add them. It is a good exercise in management.
