Young people are using the net more and more. They make websites and weblogs by the dozen. Sometimes these blogs disappear with cryptic notes like: "my mom found my diary ...goodbye!"
Sometimes all that is left is a haunting page like this one by Michael (via Newgrounds).
I was thinking about teens and blogs lately because I am trying to review Lou's blog. Lou is a member of The Demo Blog and is busy with his blogs and his website. I thought Lou was learning web design really fast until I discovered his secret: he already has two sites. This one and this one. I guess if you want to learn web design you learn by doing.
Lou's brothers are following right along and making movies.
Yes, these young people are moving onto the net.
Since I didn't tell Lou I was going to do this I guess I had better hide now. Before I run off I have a question for parents. When should teens be allowed to have blogs and web pages?

Wow, you found my old pages.
But wait theres more! I also made frequent webpages while I was in 5th and 6th grade, only to be deleted after Homestead stopped being free. Then I helped a bit of a pen pal Chris get his first site going. Now he designs web sites. Pretty cool!
I also helped my cousin Sam with blogging and websites, I have some experience in the web.
Oh, and right before I stopped updating wombatsforlunch, I made it flashy, wombatsforlunch.co.nr
Leon,
The link you gave to the sad kid, has a further link on it's page to a very strange multi-racial rascist website.
BTW: Lou will go far.
Lou - It should be interesting to see what you make in five years.
Mick - that site that took over that link did look bad. I didn't look at it.
