I went to my first Blog Meetup today hosted by Jon Aquino. It was interesting to talk blogs and share ideas with other people. Five of us met at the Starbucks on Government Street. I was almost going to quit meetup this last month but I'm glad I didn't. It was nice to try something different and meet new people.
After the meetup ended I went for a burger and managed to survive the restaurant's karaoke night. I'm not much of a karaoke person. An ex of mine used to drag me to them once a week. I learned that 'karaoke' means listening to music I don't like by people who can't sing.
I walked home and found another mural to photograph. This one is in the lobby of 614 Humboldt. Victoria is such an artsy city.
Cyberspace is behaving tonight. This morning I couldn't log on to Google, or Blogger, or any Blogger blogs. Everything else was ok. I had two good laughs tonight. First of all, Jake made a funny movie called Wolf's Breath and then hosted his brother's videoblog.
Well, I must prowl around cyberspace and then go play games.
