Changes

I went to my volunteer job today. It was really quiet and I talked with my boss. He had emailed me asking if I wanted to work one of the paid shifts. I said yes.

I will work Fridays and will add some duties to my 'Computer Assistant' position. It won't be very lucrative but the extra cash will be nice.

I used to be so resistant to change. Part of the problem was that most of the change was unwanted or unforeseen. Working in situations where I had to rely on my decision making has helped a lot with adapting to change.
