People And Blogs

Yesterday was a work day so I got a chance to pop uptown and be busy. The sun was wonderful and it was nice to walk.

I connected with people a lot. People seemed outgoing and pleasant. When I got home I had to put blog reading on hold as I read email and chatted online.

I haven't written the blog posts I wanted to since I have been catching up here. I will attack them this week. Sometimes planned posts are hard.

Lou was musing about changing the name of his blog and several people left suggestions in his comments. He is holding a contest to encourage input from his readers.

I bought '(The Mammoth Book Of) Pulp Action' edited by Maxim Jakubowski. It is a mystery anthology full of stories about detectives, gangsters, car chases, and 'molls' armed with machine guns. It was on sale at Munro's. I have read two of the stories so far and I am finding it a pleasant change of pace.

Well, that's all for now.

There you are! While I love your pics, I like your post where you're sharing yourself even more ;-)

For example: I didn't know you were interested in mysteries. And what's 'Muro's'?

I just have to work at it more. Munro's is a historic bookstore in Victoria. Check my pics at flickr (in a set called Munros).
