Here I was happy because I managed to code the url of the last post (all by my lonesome self) and my link went haywire in Diaryland. It may be the way OpenOffice.org uses quotation marks. I have turned off autospellcheck and that may help.

Nope! - We have a cyber Middle East here. Quotation marks look fine until Diaryland processes them. This makes using hyperlinks a pain. I shall keep trying to find something that works.
