I made this online. I used Ultimate Flash Face (via rolandog).

Update: Several people have asked how accurate this is. It is actually quite accurate. I puttered with the program trying out eyes and glasses, etc. The pic doesn't show the white streaks that pop up when I let my hair on the side grow. I had trouble choosing the right hair. If you picture my hair cut short with the vague parts representing the 'less fertile areas' then you'll get the right idea.
