One of my IM clients went wonky this weekend and AIM became unusable. I could send messages but not receive messages or responses.
I switched to GAIM for now but that too has some irritations. For example my sound effects all seem to come from silly video games. After chatting for a while I keep wondering what my score is.
Why don't these things just work?
Several friends and I have been experimenting with GoogleTalk in Gmail. It has been fun and a little weird. Not as weird as my AIM fun though.

I don't know but for some odd reason, things on the internet haven't been working quite as well as they should. Safari wasn't working on my Mac so I switched to Firefox and that seems to be working a little better but it still has it's moments.
Yeah, Blogger is working better for me lately but posting was odd for a few days.
Recheck your internet settings, etc. Sometimes these things are computer based or ISP based.
