Sunny Day, Sunny Me

I ate out for lunch and walked up town. It was nice and sunny out and it helped me feel healthier. I poked around in some stores but didn't buy anything. I will browse some more tomorrow.

I had a latte at Starbucks and waited patiently for the trainee to whip it up. I had the time and I know how difficult learning and teaching can be in small stores/shops. I noticed that the person doing the training seemed clear and patient. Those are important traits for trainers.

I want to write tonight. I would like to work more on "Joe's World" at Fire Tales. Since the next part is more fictitious I have to work at it harder. I also have to be in the right state of mind.

I am going to see Brokeback Mountain tonight.

Yeah..when I was trained on that stuff it took a little while too. Even the simplest drinks seemed complicated because I was nervous. Plus we're sorta having to train new people right now.
