Painful Decision

Today I had a frustrating experience and had to finally make a decision about one of my volunteer positions. I knew it was time when I felt upset after a meeting and really needed to talk to someone.

There was no one I could discuss this with and I was fighting anger and tears while at lunch. Finally I was able to talk to my supervisor and that really helped.

Sometimes you have to face tough decisions and it is nice to have someone to talk to. Even if the decision is the right one it can still hurt like hell.

I will probably think about this over the next few weeks but the decision has been made. The hard part is done.
