I was feeling quite disconnected last night and hoped blogging would let me relax. I wrote the previous post and began to get upset. Originally I had wanted to make the post more upbeat and fun but found myself brooding on some of the negative points.
I finally had to take a break and went to see who was online. Gaim wasn't working for some reason (and still isn't) but I was able to use MSN.
Chatting with a friend helped a lot. Slowly I began to feel "normal" again and I started to relax. We really didn't discuss things. I expressed what I felt and my friend listened.
Sometimes it helps to talk (or type) it out.
