Quick Update

I just had a crappy burger and crappy service at a neighbourhood restaurant. The good news is that I ate almost everything and I feel okay.

I was worried because after volunteering on Friday I started getting a sore throat and by Sunday I was coughing a bit.

On Sunday I went out with friends for supper and a walk along Dallas Road at Clover Point. That was nice. Later on I started coughing so I had one of those 12 hour flu pills before bed.

I slept through Monday and seem to have lost the flu bug so I am happy. Now I am going to deal with my other "infection": City Of Heroes. That should keep me busy for five hours or so. :)
